BLRD Project Plan and Budget
KCDLP is seeking proposals from KFN Citizen owned businesses to deliver a PROJECT MANAGEMENT PLAN & BUDGET for the Burwash Landing Resort Demolition Project (BLRD) including the following deliverables:
- A breakdown of required equipment and labour for the completion of the work including training requirements of each position
- Detailed calculation of the estimated time to completion (ETC) > Number of hours for each element it might take to complete the Project
- In collaboration with the Board of Directors and the Finance Manager, develop a Project Budget.
- Identifying Project specifications and technical / regulatory requirements including all legal, regulatory, permitting and any special policy obligations for KCDLP with regards to the BLRD Project
- A Health & Safety Site Specific Plan.
The Project Plan must comply with the Corporation’s Property Management Program, Occupational Health & Safety Program and the Regulatory Compliance requirements of the Organization
