The Kluane Community Development Limited Partnership (KDCLP) was established in 2011 with the mandate to provide economic development services to support local economic development and business growth for the Kluane First Nation (KFN) and its citizens. The relationship between KFN and KCDLP has evolved over that past decade and is now articulated through the relationship with Kluane Dana Holdings Ltd (Hold Co) who engages KFN in the annual or multi-year Service Contract and Funding Agreement. KCDLP Board or Directors reports to the Board of Hold Co and implements the deliverables in the Service Contract and Funding Agreement. KCDLP has three corporate subsidiaries, including Kluane Energy LP, Burwash Landing Resort Ltd., and 16560 Yukon Inc.
